I’ve been doing the ClearBlue Digital OPK for 3 or 4 cycles now. Typically, I get 2 days high fertility then peak. This month I’m on day 5 of high but no peak. Then my BBT just seems so weird....but I’ll be honest, I’m still trying to learn how to interpret temps.

This coming from me celebrating my 37th bday this week has me waaaaay overthinking & taking me down the emotional rabbit hole, so to speak. Is this normal? Maybe I just missed the surge during my fmu & the OPK didn’t pick it up? I’m sitting here trying to tell myself that my insides aren’t turning to dust & relax but my brain isn’t having it. Thanks in advance.
