So I saw a gyno today. Blood test proved not pregnant 😞Still unexplainable why I have Missed three cycles. Was prescribed progesterone to jump-start my cycle. Still unsure if I am even ovulating. Anyone been through something similar? TTC 1.5 years.

Are you seeing a reproductive endocrinologist? If not, you really should since you've been trying for so long.  They will prescribe you Provera to start your cycle and they can check if you are ovulating. 
Going to an RE doctor is much more helpful in conceiving than going to a regular Obgyn.
