My partner is awful at sex

Seriously. We’ve been together for 5 years and the sex is terrible. I literally never orgasm or come. He’s a 5 thrusts, 30 seconds and it’s over. Attempts to go down on me but I’m just like lay there waiting for it to be done. The only good thing to come from us having sex is that one of the 30 seconds lead to my child. I can’t cope. I can’t say anything because it will lead to a massive argument which I just don’t need.

What can I do?!
