Strong positive then miscarriage??

Hi everyone! Had a couple of miscarriages, one last August then one in December. When I took tests even after my missed period the second line was faint, then a few days later I started bleeding. This time the lines are really strong straight away. I’m terrified of every little twinge & dreading going to the toilet in case I see blood. Anybody get a really strong positive & still lose their baby? From dates I’m only about 5 weeks but I’m scared to let myself believe this is true in case it isn’t.
