Urgent- ibuprofen and pregnancy

I know I did a mistake but need serious help here.

I had suffered a serious knee bruise on May 4th and I consumed 4 tabs of ibuprofen (200 mg each), somewhere between june 4 and 10. But this was after I had intercourse (around the ovulation cycle) in late May. I definitely confused the pregnancy cramps with my regular menstrual cramps, because it always hurts me so much. And both my PT and doctor had all recommended some sort of anti- inflammatory. Geez.

I confirmed on June 18th that I am pregnant. Now I am freaking out having some sort of birth defect, specially cleft lip or palate. Please help!
