Pregnancy and infant loss

Hello ladies pregnancy and infant loss day coming up which is October 15th. Are any of you doing anything special in remembrance have your baby? I've lost to pregnancies this year one in January and the other in July. And I am wanting to do something but not sure what. And does your city have any gatherings on that day like they would half of breast cancer and other things I want to do everything possible to help me get through that day.
