When do I tell my employer I’m pregnant? Advice please!!

Hi I only found out yesterday I’m pregnant, 4 first response tests and today clearblue digital so very happy. 
Only thing I work in care work and no idea wether to tell my employer now (im probably only 2-4 weeks) or wait until had first scan and all is ok?
I would wait as just worried until confirmation of scan that all ok with the baby but on other hand, worried because obviously they will expect me to do same but I won’t be able to.
So surely I’m then putting my baby at risk? Which would never do, only nice advice please. Thanks in advance!

I would wait until later like the other commenter said... like probably until 8-10 weeks when you get your first scan

I waited until I went to the doctor and got their confirmation and set up an OB appointment. I was about 4-5 weeks when I took my first test and normally Obgyn’s don’t see you until at least 8-9 weeks, Soo I would wait until then.

Tell them now so that in case anything happens, so they can take the correct actions needed.

I won’t be telling my employer until I’m too far along to hide it. Being pregnant won’t prevent you from doing your regular duties unless you end up being high risk.
