Smoking?

Help! My boyfriend smokes and it really bothers me. I know that what he does is his own business and not mine but it's something that has bothered me for awhile. I told him it bothers me and he got mad at me for telling him. I really love him but this is one thing I can't seem to get over. Is this normal or am I being out of line?

When my boyfriend and I got together I found out he smoke I didn't like it and I told him. So he still did it anyway. Well I got in his truck one day and we went somewhere I took his cigarettes and told him that he can quit smoking or he can not be with me. Plus I threw them out the truck window.

If it bothers you that much just tell me that it's either you or smoking and if he chooses smoking then he isn't worth your time

My boyfriend smokes weed too. He does it daily and it seriously bothers me! He has promise he would slow down and not do it as much, but he just lies and tries to hide it from me. It's awful! I know how you feel. I knew though going into the relationship that he smoked, and I'm not trying to change him, because I really do like him. But all I can do is ask him not to do it around me (which he doesn't) and ask him not to lie about it(that he does). Also he does put in the effort to spray a bit of cologne, brush his teeth, and chew some gum after he smokes and before he sees me.

My fiancé was chewing. It didn't bother me at all but it bothered him because his gum line started receding. I weened him off of it and he doesn't even think about it anymore.
