Tips on staying cool??

It’s finally heating up here in VA.. and honestly ladies, I’m DYING. Not only am I sweating like crazy, but I’ve been having some small cramps here and there. Obviously nothing serious but I’m miserable to say the least. Any advice on how to stay cool this HOT summer besides carrying water everywhere I go? (I already do that lol)

I'm in south Florida so it's like summer here 9 months out of the year. Ice water (freeze half full water bottle or get a reusable bottle with a wide enough opening to add ice), cotton loose fitting clothing, flip flops, a/c, don't do your errands in the middle of the day (early morning or night is better when it's cooler)

I’m currently in Virginia and I’ve carried around a misty fan to help. I’ve been swimming a lot too

I live in SoCal and it hasn't been as hot as it usually is but a couple weeks ago it was in the hundreds and I was so uncomfortable. I would say A/C is the only thing that makes it better. That is if you're ok with that super high bill(which I am not). So I just try to stick it out or go somewhere with lots of A/C like the store.
