4 week HCG

Just got my 4 week HCG. It was 78. Google is telling me that's in the 4 week range and my fertility nurse called and said it was good news, but is it low? I have another test Wednesday and I've gotten 5 very positive urine tests. With my first IUI baby my HCG was higher at this point.
