Working out after IUI

I forgot to ask my dr whether I should take it easy on the workouts post <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>, during the TWW. My workouts are pretty intense and I do it 3-4x/week. Did any of your drs give you instruction on working out?
