Will I ever be ready?

My hubby and I recently had a MC in April and he has already talking about wanting to start trying again. I feel like I've barely grieved at all. I'm so terrified to have another.

I’ve suffered 2 losses within the last 8 months and I completely understand your pain. Take your time, only try again when you feel ready. Don’t rush into it if you don’t think you can emotionally or physically handle it, talk this through with your husband and work together as a team. Both parties have to be ready and if you’re not finished grieving that’s perfectly okay and natural, allow yourself time to heal and move forward when you’re ready to. I had a miscarriage in April as well with my first baby. It was about ten weeks ago and I had an extremely hard time and felt so alone. My husband had a hard time understanding why I didn’t want to start trying right away again. Once I explained how bad it was hurting me and I needed to be mentally and emotionally healed in order to have a healthy pregnancy safe for the baby and I, it seemed to help him. We are thinking of trying again but I am worried if it happens again, I won’t able to handle losing another baby.
