I wouldn't really be worried about it. I've got red marks all over my chest and arms. I think it's like little veins or something. I don't know how to describe it.

Looks like pimple or bug bite. Wash it, keep it clean, see if it gets better over the next day or two. If it gets bigger or starts feeling warm you should get it looked at.

Looks like a regular pimple. Have you tried to squeeze it to see if any puss comes out
