Someone Please help me!

According to glow I was suppose to start on the 24th, but now it's saying the 1st..... Lately I've been having lower backaches, sick, little cramps and hot flashes. Yesterday I spotted but it was very very light. It was brown but when I wiped it was pink and that was only one time. This morning I woke up so sick, bad stomach aches, and so much gas {but none was coming out.} I also again spotted very lightly, and it happened once and never again. I've been cramping here and there and had a headache all day. Should I take test? Suggestions anyone????
