Advice/comments(HELP PLS)

I’ve been on the pill, never missed, always within about 2 hours (roughly the same time and almost always at 5:30 the only time i’m ever early or later on time is bc of work) and i got on an antibiotic . I had sex with my boyfriend and we used a condom but the very base of it unrolled. Should i be scared of pregnancy or do you think i’m just overreacting because i feel like i do this alot😂 (i guess that’s normal though. I don’t feel like i could have gotten sperm in me but i stupidly kept going until he was completely finished and the base of it didn’t roll very much at all.
