When should I test?

Me and my boyfriend had sex the 14th-20th and we didn’t use any birth control, nor did he pull out 😬 I took a plan b, on Saturday the 15th, but it didn’t really stop us the next few days though we did it multiple times... when should I test? I’m already kind of anxious to get the results over with I’m just not sure when to and I don’t want to be too early because I’m over thinking it
