Won’t stop bleeding while on the pill?? help!

Hey so I take my pill everyday, after 3 months i take the one week break. But last time i was supposed to stop I continued to take them because i was going on vacation. I was supposed to have me stopweek about a month ago and since 2 weeks or something I have been bleeding? At the beginning it was very brown but since this morning it started to become more (light) reddish. What does this mean? What can I do to stop? I’m going on holiday in 2 weeks and I really don’t want to be bleeding on my holiday, that’s the reason i’m taking the pill! Btw ever since the bleeding started I still took my pill everyday, I always take it at the same time and sometimes an hour later. Please somebody help!
