Pinching Pain-ovulation or implantation??

Hi, this is my first post so apologies if I ramble! My husband & I have been TTC for about 5 years, I have PCOS, one possible blocked tube which is likely from abdominal surgeries. My periods are really irregular and it's hard to know if I do ovulate .

Today I have just started getting a sharp pinching pain on my lower left side, quite close to my groin, has anyone else experienced anything like this?

If I average out my cycles then AF could be due in about 7-10 days...

Could it have anything to do with my cycle?
