Diarrhea and arms ache..?

Last time I got pregnant I threw up and had the worst body aches THE DAY AFTER I conceived and didn't get sick the rest the pregnancy.

Last night I woke up to diarrhea around 3am and still some this morning with body aches and a short wave of nausea that passed. Anyone have this?
