How likely is a BFP with cramps and light spotting?

I'm 12 DPO and AF due 10/1 ....just started cramping as soon as I laid down tonight ...then went to the restroom and noticed light brown spotting....anyone else experience this before a BFP ?

Any updates heather? I have had spotting 3 days in a row, only in the morning and only when I wipe. AF is 2 days late, but I feel like she already has one foot in the door!

AF due 10/2 & having no symptoms so I took a pregnancy test & it was negative :-/ I'm feeling discouraged. Have either of you tried pre-seed? I'm thinking about it this next cycle.
