Ttc first

I feel like I’m going crazy! We have been ttc for 3 months now but with my husband in the military he’s away a lot and we don’t get to bd as much as we would hope.. but we try to during me “fertile week” ( I say that because I just had my iud taken out a few months ago and still haven’t got my period).

Anyways I feel like I’m going crazy because I keep having symptoms of early pregnancy but then take a test and it’s negative. I have been taking them every 2 weeks since I don’t actually know when I’m ovulating.

Does anyone have any advice for me? This is all so new and exciting but also confusing and disappointing
