How to stop for period during pregnancy ??

I'm about 7 weeks and one days when I got spotting by red as bled lots I already went to ER hospital last Sunday. So they check me up for take my blood test and urines test too also and ultrasound.  Been waiting for results they said my hormones is high and fetus baby is still live in me . Sigh when I felt like have period cramp as bloating and headaches I do take a lots water gallon and bottles too.  My low back pressure hurt when I walking lot By ever where I go. Anyone have experience this before?? I need know about it. This is my first time with baby I did take acetaminophen for one pills
