I'm slowly freaking out

Okay so, I was on birth control for about 9 months then my pharmacy messed up and I had to restart. Well only like two weeks in I had unsafe sex. And I only did it to tease my boyfriend. Only going down on him a couple times, then I got off. Well after not having sex for a while he couldnt tell if he came or not. And I'm starting to freak out a little. I am not on my sugar pill week and I haven't gotten my period yet. I'm late. Since is a result of my birth control being outta wack and it will come. Or is it pregnancy. And I'm only 16, it can't be pregnancy. It cant. Please help ease my mind?
