HELP!

I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant and yesterday I had this weird sharp pain go across my lower abdomen and a little bit of cramping. I felt the I think my period just came on sensation and I ran to the bathroom and there was blood. I bled for a short time and passed this large solid clot. It looked like the lining of something because it was tough and couldn't pull it apart. The bleeding stopped and today it's been a brown discharge when I wipe. I had my HCG levels rechecked today and they are 32,000. Is there hope of a normal pregnancy or am I looking at my 3rd miscarriage? Has anyone had the same experience? Thanks.
