Debating on getting vaccines.

I'm 4 months pregnant like any expecting mother I'm worried about everything under the sun... Miscarriage, stillborn, birth defects, sids just to list a few. But now I've been researching vaccines.  I told my mom tonight that I'm not sure if I'm going to get them due to reactions and death. Then she pulls out "I got you vaccinated, you're still alive, a baby don't remember the pain of needles" If I do anything it might be the dr Sears schedule. But not 💯. What are your viewpoint on vaccines?
