Anovulatory experience?

I usually ovulate CD 12/13. March my body tried, failed, then succeeded CD 19. Other than that, CD 12/13, clear shift every month. This month... feels like it will never end. Dr. Google is only spitting out basics I know, so I’d appreciate more info from those who have credible/reliable info on anovulatory cycles. Hoping this is a one-off, after I get breakthrough bleeding, at I likely to go back to normal? Will I ovulate at a different time? After how long without breakthrough bleeding/“period” should I go to the doctor? I have thyroid disorder and they just changed my meds because apparently my old dose was suddenly too high, so I am sure that is impacting this. But when might I get back to normal?
