TTC for 2 yrs now!

Hi my SO & I have been trying to conceive for almost 2 yrs now I've had 2 miscarriages 1 at 9 weeks & the other at 10 weeks we have been to specialist & are healthy & nothing seems to be coming up wrong. I have 4 children from previous marriage & he has 1 from a previous relationships. Is there any advice anyone can help me with? We are engaged & I am really wanting a beautiful baby as soon as possible but have tried everything. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I feel as if something is missing after our losses I will always hold a special place in my heart for our angel babies. I appreciate everyone in advance any ideas, info, advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
