Progesterone question

Couple questions. It’s normal for the progesterone suppository to come out kinda chunky and yellowish or white the whole next day right? Also, is it okay that it comes out in the toilet after urination. I’ll look in the toilet and see little bits of white floating. It’s still working right? This is only my third day on the tablet suppository and the effects listed on the paper are pretty vague.
