Helppp!!!

Can you get pregnant without fertile cervical mucus ?? Like an idiot, I had unprotected sex with my SO one and he pulled out (yes I know it’s not effective) but I don’t think he pulled out all the way. I have PCOS so I’m already irregular so I really really don’t want to take a plan b. O just got off my period a week ago and I’m not having fertile cervical mucus so I just want to see if you still ovulate without it. Or do you guys think I should just take the plan b?!?
