Losing some mucus plus at 26weeks.

Question for you ladies! This is my second pregnancy and everything I'm experiencing is different from my first. Last night a lot of my mucus plug came out. I know that it regrows, just wondering if I should wait a few days to be intimate? I'm planning on calling my OB when they open just wanted to see what everyone thought. Thank you!
