Nicknames

Does have one have a silly or cute nick name for their spouse/significant other? Something other than babe or baby??

My now fiancé came into my 6 year old daughters life a couple years ago and she kept calling him Papa Bear so now he’s saved in my phone as Papa Bear and he calls me Mama Bear sometimes when she’s around. She’s called me it a few times but he’s always known as Papa Bear since then.
