Sex every other day? Which on should we do?

So me and My boyfriend just had a month were we tried having sex every day, i know got my period so we didnt get a baby this month 😢 We know think we will try having sex every other day next month and see if that maybe help us. My question is what days will be best?

Are you tracking ovulation with OPKs and/or BBT? If not, it probably doesn’t matter between option 1 and option 2. Glow is guessing; you could actually ovulate a day before or a day after. 
If you aren’t tracking, I’d do either pattern, but start on the 1st or 2nd in case you actually ovulate early. And continue until the 13th or 14th in case you actually ovulate late. 
If you are doing OPKs, sperm meets egg might work better than just plain every other day.

I've heard that there is success with the sperm meets egg plan. I would Google it and try it :)
