I’m really struggling 😓

So I’m 26 weeks on Friday. For a few weeks now I’ve had bad back ache, hip pain, sciatica pain and stomach muscle pulling pains. The stomach muscle pain goes from top under my breasts all the way down to my pelvis and also from my sides inward towards my bellybutton. In the morning it’s very slight but as the day goes on it gets worse and worse along with the back pain. By evening time I’m in a lot of pain and have to support my bump when walking to ease the pain.

Does this sound normal??

I didn’t feel like this on my first pregnancy even in the final weeks. I’m not over doing it either like I literally walk for 10 minutes at a time max.

Really appreciate any help

Sounds pretty normal to me especially if you’re standing a lot during the day, I experienced the same, would highly recommend a pregnancy belt!

I’ve struggled with all that throughout my pregnancy. But was on my feet a lot. If you really feel you’re that bad, even after only 10 mins of walking I’d get checked out. I’m nearly 33 weeks but still doing more than you, by the sounds of it. Just be safe and look after you and baby x
