Ovulating or not ovulating?

It’s a equate early ovulation test I been taking clomid and metaphormin and I was taking provera, i have pcos since I was 14 I’m 22 and been trying for two years. I got off my period not to long ago but I never used
One of these before. Help!

The left line should be darker but they are similar in color so you’ll possibly ovulate soon ! Buy a box on amazon of the test strips. So much cheaper ! That way you can test everyday and compare
