Ok so this is embarrassing but I need to know if it's normal lol

Ok yesterday I had a really hard and strenuous bowel movement. ( I know tmi) it hurt to use the restroom. And ever since then I am having lower back pain and it's pretty much constant. Is this normal? I'm 33 weeks pregnant.
