bronchopulmonary dysplasia

Just wondering. Has anyones baby been diagnosed with BPD(bronchopulmonary dysplasia)? My son is 37 weeks corrected and is diagnosed with it. It's not severe it's very mild but I worry about the long term effects of it. I have talked to the doctor and got a little bit of reassurance but I worry about him being an active kid and it might be putting his life in danger.

If you know anyone with it or if your kid has it please let me know about it! Could really use some insight of what the reality of it could be like later down.
