I need help

Ok I been having irregular periods like hella months late but this time it was different the 14th I was cramping then the 15th I started pink spotting only when I wiped then the 16th through the 19th it got bright red I was clotting here and there then June 22 i was pink spotting Only when I wipe then it finally stop later that day now that I stopped it’s been cramping and some flutter twitching type in my lower belly and sometimes lower so I took a test and this was the results this my first so i need help can someone help me
