Over the Counter Ovulation meds

Hello ladies! My BF and I have been ttc for over a year now! I have been to a fertility doctor and they have tried to help me. But between hour and half travel each way, copays, and med cost we cannot really afford to keep doing it the rate we are at. I have done some research and saw that there is Pregnitude and other over the counter ovulation enhancing medications! I’m wondering if anyone has tried these and had any success or even input at this point. Thanks ladies!
