Effacement and dilation
Can you feel, besides a cervix check, when your body starts this process? I'm 34+2 and had weird pulling and pressure waaaay down low a couple of times yesterday that lasted a minute or so then stopped. Kinda painful. Not my normal BH feeling. Those never hurt before.
