There are rumors floating around about the possibility of America being hit with an EMP (electromagnetic pulse) some time in the future as a means of attack. It would wipe out all electronics and leave the entire country in the dark. The entire grid would be wiped out. Think about that for a minute: no electricity, no heat in winter, cars wouldn't run, you couldn't get money out of the bank, you couldn't get anything from stores (food, medicine) because everything is run by computers, hospitals couldn't function, no communication, you couldn't contact family, no sanitation work (garbage removal, water treatment), you wouldn't get updates on the situation from news. All of this would lead to widespread panic and looting. What would you do? Are you prepared for such an event?
