Is there a few specific things that cause ectopic pregnancy or can it also be a fluke and happen to anyone? I am having cramps that come and go they aren’t just on one side and I haven’t had any spotting but still scared...I am 6w2d

You need an ultrasound to check if it’s in the right cavity.

Don’t be scared. It would be really obvious if it was ectopic. I had really really bad pain on one side, I thought it was ovarian torsion or something, but turned out it was an ectopic pregnancy.
