Hi ladies - I had a Receptiva test done last Friday. From my understanding, the tissue is tested for general inflammation and endometriosis specific inflammation. Results are in but can’t get them until next week when I have my phone appointment! Ugh.

I’m trying to gather some good questions in the meantime. I feel like whenever a doctor calls it’s hard to digest everything they say and remember to ask good questions!

My dilemma is - if it comes back abnormal (likely endo), it’s hard to grasp surgery or other intense measures since I don’t really have endo symptoms. Aside from cramps the first day of my period, it’s nothing to write home about. No pain that I hear so many women talk about. That said, an abnormal result wouldn’t be surprising as I have a blocked left tube which thus far has no explanation. So I’m sort of expecting it to come back as endo.

Anyone been in a similar scenario? My husband and I want to do as much as we can to get pregnant. But also don’t want to go to drastic measures it it’s not necessary. I’ll be 36 the end of October so there is a sense of urgency in that regard.
