Need help to sleep.
Hello ladies,
I’ll be 27 weeks this Saturday and I’m having the worse time falling asleep and staying asleep through the nights. I don’t seem to fall asleep until after midnight and even if I do manage to fall asleep I’m constantly up for water or bathroom. Last night was the worse night I felt asleep 3 hours before my fiancé alarm went off for work this morning and I haven’t been able to go back to bed! Anything I can do to help me sleep better, longer, faster at night? Even if my fiancé doesn’t work my son ends up waking us up early and I feel exhausted all the time now! Please help!
This momma needs some sleep!
