9 weeks pregnant miscarriage

Hi ladies so I had a mmc 6 months ago and got pregnant last month much to mine and my Husbands surprise. Went for my 3rd and final scan today should of been 9 weeks this week and the sac has continued to grow and my hormones are still high but it’s been confirmed I have had a blighted ovum!! I’m absolutely gutted as is my hubby!! I feel like I’m crying over nothing really but it still hurts so much. Didn’t think lightening can strike twice but clearly it can!! Not sure if I want to continue this fertility journey I prob will but feel I need time to get over these two loses!! I hate my body so much right now!!!
