What helped you conceive??

Hey ladies! I was wondering if any of y’all have any tips/tricks/supplements that you think helped  you get pregnant! I’m open to any suggestions, I’ve heard of clomid, fertility tea, light exercise, sperm meets the egg, propping your butt up with pillows, diva cup.. I want to hear them all!!

So I just started trying for baby #2. 
But for my first, I drank raspberry leaf tea (supposed to prepare and strengthen uterus for pregnancy), I took prenatals, I took 1 tablespoon of royal jelly honey (helps with fertility and egg quality) every day and I think I did vitex (helps regulate cycle). It may have been a coincidence but conceived first month of trying.

Smoking a blunt 3x in a month and I don’t smoke but I was working at a dispensary and tried it out a few times and then found out I was pregnant after 9 months
