So had court today for the dvp. And he LIED but that didn't matter to the judge! Oh because he didn't physically harm me. Because he didn't strangle me. And lied and said he only called 3 times when he called 9! Oh she didn't care! She threw it out! But told him to not to contact me and my lawyer ordered him through the judge to do a paternity testing after the baby is born. I just can't believe he lied!!!!! HE LIED IN COURT!!!! He has no morals what so ever! And for what? For NOTHING. All for NOTHING. Oh but if he goes for visitation, he has got a whole hell of storm coming at him. I've already got it together and lord I just hope he messes up and comes after me or says something. She didn't even wanna hear how he hit my son!!! Why?!?!!?!?! It's like it didn't even matter to her. But you know, like my lawyer said. I got what I wanted. I wanted him to leave me alone, and at least for the next 7 months he has to. And if he shows up at the hospital when MY baby is born, oh it will not be pretty. And he tried to play the pitty party about how he has tourettes. Well im handicapped but you didn't see me bringing it up in court. Lmfao. Ugh I'm so upset but relieved. Now I can get my number changed. Sorry, I HAD to vent.
