I am 5 weeks and 2 days. Third pregnancy... no babies yet.

I was having a lot of terrible pain. I finally called the doctor to see if I could be seen to make sure everything is okay. I went from at first thinking an ectopic to maybe it is a UTI. Turns out I had several cysts but the side that hurt is at about 5 CM so they want me to go back in a couple of weeks to see if it is getting bigger. As he was doing the ultra sound we saw two sacs! He said oh looks like you are having twins. Then explained the odds but I can’t stop thinking about it.

I’d love to hear any twin stories because we have been trying for one for so long I never imagined more but am very excited about it.

Also any advice on how to naturally doctor a large cyst while pregnant?
