so my ex told me when we broke up it was because he was struggling with mental health issues. two weeks later he went with another girl to his formal and said she was just a friend. just found out they’re actually dating. i am so mad i was stupid and believed him. i know i should not reach out to him obviously but i am so upset how do i process this. we were together for over 3 years, he was my best friend... i feel completely betrayed and embarrassed he would’ve lied like this
