I was recently diagnosed with fibroids. But my doctor said they weren’t big enough to remove if I didn’t really want too. But I recently had to go to get iron treatments for the blood loss. My question is and as gross as it may sound, is it normal to clot all the way through your period? Sometimes in the shower the clots fall right out by themselves and they are about the size of a half a chicken breast. Then when my period goes off I wipe and I’m wiping clots. I went to the doctor about a month ago. They put me on birth control now I’m not bleeding all month but I’m still clotting pretty bad. Should I give the birth control time to work. She checked for diseases but never checked for cancer or endometriosis and when cleaning myself I feel knots every where.
