12+4 with SCH... Do I need to be worried about miscarriage?

Strong heartbeat and no issues at my NT sonogram but I do have a small subchorionic hematema. Do I need to be worried about a miscarriage at this point?

I had one 9 weeks pregnant. It had gotten bigger because I was still working my hard labor job. Was put on bed rest and at 16 weeks it was completely gone. I’m now 27 weeks 4 days. Just stay positive it’ll work out

I had one, it went away on its own pretty early on. I’m 31 weeks now. Baby’s healthy and fine. Just take it easy, drink a lot of water and rest.
